Minimum stay requirements:
On the weekends between the march 15 and september 30 we request 4 nights stay.
During the holidays such as New Year, Easter, Whitsun,Ascension Day, Queens Birthday and Liberation Day, Gay Pride and IBC we request 7 nights stay.
WE CAN MAKE AN EXCEPTION ONLY IF YOUR DATES FIT BETWEEN TWO BOOKINGS.
Payment Regulations:
Deposit requested on reservation date.
Balance upon arrival date.
Deposit Requirements:
For a one night stay we charge the total rent.
For a 2-5 night stay we charge a 1.5 night rent.
For a longer stay we charge 35% of the total rent.
This is the downpayment and the cancellation fee.
Balance to be paid on arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
The advance payments will not be refunded.
Insurance:
We advice you to take travel and cancellation insurance because we can not
insure YOU or YOUR luggage against personal accidents, damage or theft.
Reservation Procedure:
It is not possible to make a reservation over the phone. Please, follow
instructions from our offer. You have to confirm it in writing, by fax or
e-mail.
